Thanks for shopping at SONY-RANGS. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy the products from our online shop. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products, whether you’re at the SONY RANGS Online Store, in an SONY RANGS Retail Store. (To make it visually easier on both of us, we’ll refer to these entities as the “SONY RANGS Online Store” in this policy.)

As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at SONY RANGS Online Store. We’ll be as brief as our attorneys will allow. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at SONY RANGS Online Store, you agree to the terms set below along with SONY RANGS Online Store Return/Exchange & Refund Policy, Privacy Policy (will add separately) and Terms of Use (will add separately).

Return / Refund Policy

We fundamentally believe you will be thrilled with the products you purchase from the SONY RANGS Online Store. That’s because we go out of our way to ensure that the product quality & after sales service to be just what you need. We understand, however, if you found a product defective / damaged or incorrect/incomplete on time of delivery, we invite you to review the following terms related to return and Refund.

Reason to Return a product:

  • Product is damaged (physically destroyed or broken) / defective (dead on arrival).
  • Product is incorrect (presentation different on website) / incomplete (missing parts).
  • Please take note that, change of mind / No longer needed (you no longer have a use for the product / you have changed your mind about the purchase) / you do not like the product after opening the package are not eligible for return.
  • Opened product cannot be returned if it contained a seal on the outside of the package and you could read the product license before opening its packaging.

 

How to Return:

You can create a request to return your products with these simple steps:

1. Log into your account

2. Go to 'Return Request'

3. Fill up the Return Form with the adequate information and raise a return pick request, once you raise the request, you'll get an email confirming that your request is being processed. Based on the item, your request may be automatically approved or you may be contacted for more details. If the request is approved, the item will be picked up after which you will get a replacement or refund. You can also track the status of your return request instantly from the 'My Orders' section of your account.

Conditions to Return:

For any defective / damaged or incorrect/incomplete product, you must submit the request within 24 hours of receiving the product, the product must be unused, returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box including the original tags, original receipt, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories. Please do not put tape or stickers on the box.

If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition (referred as an invalid return), we reserve the right to send it back to you.

Quality Evaluation:

The quality evaluation process may take up to 2-4 working days once the item reaches our warehouse. The refund process will only begin after we have completed evaluating your returned product and if it is deemed to be a valid return. If it is an invalid return, the product will be sent back to you.

 

Refund Policy:

Refund policy only applicable if your product is eligible for refund once we have completed the quality evaluation.

The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method:

  • If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank check within fifteen business days of receiving the cancelation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
  • If you paid by Cash or bKash, we will ask the bank account info of customer to refund the amount within fifteen business days. (If any special request not received from customer end)
  • If you applied for changing the payment process, we will ask for sending supporting documents for compliance.

 

 

Pricing and Price Reductions/Corrections

SONY RANGS reserves the right to change prices for products displayed at/on the SONY RANGS Online Store at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. After placing the order on/at SONY RANGS online store, new price (reduction or increase) will not be applicable / eligible for ordered items anymore.  

Prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka. If you are paying for your order with an international Visa, MasterCard, or American Express credit card, please note that the purchase price may fluctuate with exchange rates. In addition, your bank or credit card issuer may also charge you foreign conversion charges and fees, which may also increase the overall cost of your purchase. Please contact your bank or credit card issuer regarding these fees.

Order Acceptance / Confirmation

SONY RANGS Online Store may, in its sole discretion, refuse or cancel any order and limit order quantity. SONY RANGS Online Store may also require additional qualifying information prior to accepting or processing any order. Once we receive your online order, we’ll provide you with an email order confirmation. Your receipt of an order confirmation, act as acceptance of your order. The SONY RANGS Online Store reserves the right at any time after receiving your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. If SONY RANGS Online Store cancels an order after you have already been billed, SONY RANGS Online Store will refund the billed amount.

 

Shipping & Delivery

Since the actual delivery of your order can be impacted by many events beyond SONY RANGS Online Store control once it leaves our facilities, SONY RANGS Online Store cannot be held liable for late deliveries. We will, however, work with you to ensure a smooth delivery.

As SONY RANGS Online Store takes care of the dispatch of the products you purchase on the SONY RANGS Online Store, the risk of loss of, or damage to, product(s) shall pass to you when you, or a person designated by you, acquires physical possession of the product(s). Title in the product(s) shall pass to you when the product(s) is picked up by the carrier from our warehouse. At this point, you will receive the Shipment Notification Email. If there are any issues with delivery, please contact SONY RANGS Online Store to resolve.

SONY RANGS Online Store uses the best carriers in the business to make sure your order gets to you on time. From the Secure Checkout page you'll see your item description, price and estimated delivery date & delivery cost.

 

Priority Services

Where available, you can also choose a faster delivery method for each item on your order, for an additional fee:

Delivery times vary according to your selected delivery address, availability of your items and the time of day you place your order.

 

Shipping Cost

The cost for shipping is calculated and displayed on the Checkout page before you complete your order. Courier Delivery cost includes tip.

In-Store Pickup

SONY RANGS Online Store offers in-store pickup for many of the items available on the Online Store. Certain products and payment methods, however, may not qualify for in-store pickup. Only you or the person designated by you may pick up the item(s) purchased. A government-issued photo ID and order number will be required for pickup. SONY RANGS Online Store will notify you when your order is ready and the date by which you need to pick up your items. We’ll also send you a reminder or two, just in case it slips your mind. If you don’t pick up your order, SONY RANGS Online Store may cancel it..

 

Pickup Contact

If you select in-store pickup, you may designate a third party to pick up your order. You must provide the name, Mobile number and email address of the third party. Please note that certain products and payment methods are not eligible for in-store pickup by a third party. The third party will need to bring a government issued photo ID and order number for pickup. SONY RANGS Online Store is not responsible for actions taken by the third party once your item(s) have been picked up.

 

Consumers Only

The SONY RANGS Online Store sells and ships products to end-user customers only, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if we suspect you are purchasing products for resale.

 

Bangladesh Shipping Only

Products purchased online from SONY RANGS Online Store will only be shipped to addresses in Bangladesh.
